The North East Construction One Member Company Limited (NECON)  was founded in July 2012 in Viet Nam .

With the message “For the sustainable port system in Viet Nam” , NECON is proud to be one of the few companies specializing in the repair of port structures above and below water and also pioneering in applying modern technologies into constructions , including the equipment technology and the materials technology with the goal of increasing construction life span in long term.

Dredging fairways and water areas is also one of NECON’s field of operation. Growing up from maritime construction projects owned by the Vietnam Maritime Administration and socialization projects, NECON with the well-trained staffs and long-term experience have provided the customers the most efficient and economical services.
